1. You must credit me correctly when using my assets, this includes listing each asset used, providing my full discord tag (RazDazzling), and linking back to the specific asset pages on my shop or linking my whole store AT MINIMUM, (https://razdazzling.gumroad.com/)
2. My assets may be used ONLY on finished models. You may not use parts from it to create your own asset for sale. This includes commissions. If someone is to commission you to use this asset, it must be on a finished model created by you ONLY. In the event of asset swaps for existing models for sale, they must also own the asset themselves.
3. You CANNOT use my assets taken from another creator's model, you MUST buy it from my store to be able to use it in any way.
4. Do NOT re-sell these assets in ANY way. Even edited/with modification, the resale of the assets and it's parts is prohibited.
5. Do NOT redistribute these assets in ANY way. This includes 3rd party sites, forums, sharing websites, discord servers, sharing with friends etc. (if you want to gift it to someone - check #12)
6. Paid assets CANNOT be used on FREE models. They may be used only on private, public or for sale models.
7. Free assets CAN be used on FREE models. They may also be used for private, public or for sale models.
8. Your license to use the asset/ model is ONLY valid if you provide the correct information at checkout (discord + vrc username). If you do not provide these there is no tangible proof that this purchase was made by you for your account.
9. Price splitting my assets is NOT allowed. One purchase will validate 1 person's use ONLY.
10. My assets are NOT refundable.
11. Do NOT use my paid assets on models that are less expensive than the highest priced asset (made by me) being used. (eg, if the highest priced assets (made by me) cost $25, then the model must not cost less than $25).
12. To purchase these assets for someone else, please use the gift function: https://customers.gumroad.com/before-you-buy/how-do-i-give-a-product-as-a-gift and fill their discord and vrc username in at checkout! (you must include their discord and vrc username somewhere for their license to be linked to their account.) [Please note: this does not mean you can also use the assets as the license is only for them]
